Gents, I load 3 chartbooks. Up until last week, it took less than 3 minutes to load all three. Now it takes 15 minutes ( I'm not kidding - 15 minutes). No changes on my PC. I did receive a notice about Infinity/SC not recognizing the PC I was logging in from. ( Not the case as it's the same PC for 2 yrs). I went thru the motions, etc and followed the emails. The only other issue was I received a message that my closk was 60 seconds off from the data-feed clock. I changes my settings to use the SC clock rather than my PC, by setting the GlobalSetting==>Data/Trade Settings==>time stamp using local to false. I have changed it back to "true", but it still takes 15 minutes to load. Any ideas? uninstall/ reinstall SC ?? BTW once the charts are up, they operate fine. Thanks in advance |
