SC Not getting all contract data from CTS data feed

Hey Support please advise on the following My front end CTS trading DOM can access the CBOT exchange traded BOB spread which is the ZB v UB spread in the ratio of 5:4. I can also use CTS to see a chart of this product. I use the CTS feed for SC butr when I go to Find Symbol, CME CBOT fin Futures, UB or ZB then click on Get Spreads, the only spreads that show are calendar spreads and not the Inter-commodity spreads which in this case means the BOB spread. When I click on ZB or ZT and click on Get Spreads there are not inter-commodity spreads either such as the 10yr v 30 yr inter-commodity spreads which I CAN see on my CTS front end. Please advise how I can pull these spreads from the CTS data feed into SC. Thanks in advance |

BOB has been added. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings You need to select that symbol and press the "Get Symbols" button to get the actual spread contracts for it. For BOB you need to use BOB.~.CME_F. The others will be added by the end of the day. We got behind on this because there are a lot of them to add. Hi Support, Unfortunately the following 2 exchange traded spreads are still not showing in Find Symbol although I appreciate you have added several others: BUB 30vUltra Future (1:1) NCB 10 Ultra Note v 30y Bond Future (2:1) As I mentioned in my last post the BOB appears twice in the Find Symbol contract listings and when viewed they both appear to be exactly the same contract with a ratio of 5:3 for the June contract. These have now been added. The additional symbol setting for BOB can be deleted through Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. However, unless you have set up custom Symbol Settings, perform a Full Reset of the Symbol Settings as explained here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps This is all you need to do to get the latest settings and clear the duplicate.
