delay in charts updating

Hi, last days I'm experiencing delays in charts updating - charts are frozen for a few seconds and then updated (see attached picture). Can you, please, help me to fix it? I have latest version of SC, real time data from SC and latest version of TWS (Interactive Brokers).

We recommend using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the cash indices.
