My question is, if someone from Sierra would kindly help with, one of your indicators works quite well with what I need although it posts a line vertical and gives no option for horizontal. Using COLOR BACKGROUND BASED ON ALERT CONDITION, is there a way to change the vertical line to a horizontal line...

Is there a reason why? I feel that was a sheer answer? This would greatly benefit this in my trading, although is there something else that will allow one full renko bar to be horizontally highlighted?

that would be a great addition to highlight a price instead of a bar or background - please consider , thanks

Very much agree, maybe if the coding isn't to hard to do? Is there a way to petition this for change? Very honest question this would be very nice to have!

This can be done using the Color Bar Based On Alert Condition study, if the price is one of the OHLC, or one of its averages.
If you want to color the background of a price range at a certain bar, or put a dash at a custom price at a certain bar, it could be done with the Spreadsheet Study study.
If you want the details, post here again.

Which of the these do you want to do at a certain bar?:
-put a dash at one of the OHLC prices
-put a dash at a custom price
-color the background of a price range

Add the Spreadsheet Study study
-Set the Chart Region to 1
-Check 'Draw Study Underneath Main Price Graph' (optional)
-Set the Draw Style of K(SG1) to Dash, set all other Draw Styles to Ignore.
-Press OK and OK
On the spreadsheet:
-Put a formula like this in cell K3:
=IF(YourAlertFormula,YourLineValueFormula,0)

You can use your current Simple Alert formula in the spreadsheet formula if you use this conversion:
Current bar:
ID1.SG1 > ID1.SG1@3
Previous bar:
ID1.SG1[-1] > ID1.SG1@4

Is Line at Price the same as the Last(close) Price?

If so, you can do it with the Color Bar Based On Alert Condition study.
You don't need a spreadsheet study.

This is more complex.
If it could be done without ACSIL, it would require at least a spreadsheet study.
I would need to know the proprietary details to determine if it is possible.
