Folks - Is there a way to plot "Ask Bid Volume Difference Change"(SG3) as a bar on the bottom of chart instead of just the values.

Pls. see attached

You can use the "Study Subgraphs Reference" study. Select "Ask Bid Volume Difference Change" for "Input Study 1" and then set the Draw Style for "Input Study 2" to Ignore under the Subgraphs tab.

In the next release this study will be added to support this: Study Subgraph as Text Above/Below Bar

Although you can not only display it as text but also as bars in another Chart Region using the study. It is very flexible with what it can do. The name is just based upon its default settings.

Documentation should be out in a couple of days.

There need to be an offset included with this study to properly align below or above the bar.

Was able to find this study in the latest beta/pre-release . however on setting up , it shows as a bar (not visually same as candle) and I had to increase bar width to 30. This is not optimal.

Is there a way to show this value visually like a candle similar to the existing delta cumulative bars study?

When is the documentation released?

No absolutely not. The study does not create price style bars. It is nothing of that sort at all. And please do not ask for that kind of capability. The study is not even designed for something like that whatsoever.

There is no documentation for it currently.

Am not asking for price style bars. Pls. check attached. Am looking for a chart region with bars but the bars are not visually in a bar format. Had to select a rectangle to give a somewhat similar look and feel of a bar, however they do not line up well. Tried almost all available options in the draw style dropdown but none of them show like a TRUE bar.

What you are looking for are bars that consist of Open, High, Low, Close values.

The new study is not designed to do this whatsoever.

The implementation of what you are looking for is complex. However, it can be done. It can be done by using this study:
