Reconnecting to IB

Hi, SC, I am using IB and True RT 5sec bars for FX. From 17:00 to 17:15 EST, IB FX has a break in trading, but connection to IB server is uninterrupted. After this break,the data (T&S, bids and asks) resume to come into SC as they appear in IB, but not True RT 5-sec bars. A couple of months ago this was not an issue, but I have read that this does happen and is only rectified with disconnecting/reconnecting to IB. So,to make it work, I set SC to reconnect at 17:15 (in the Data and Trading service ->Advanced), but nothing happened. I then experimented with setting other times forward to verify and indeed no reconnection happened. Please verify on your end and suggest a solution. Best H. |
