Hi There, I have account with TransAct or InfinityAT but not with SC. Would you please activate my email, chiemv@hotmail.com, so that I can receive an email alert when my order is filled? Thanks, Van |

This email address is not blocked from the Sierra Chart side. If you are not receiving email messages from Alert events, then refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GeneralSettings.html#TroubleshootingAlertSounds We recommend using another email address other than Hotmail.com.
