Last night I activated the Eurex and CBOE data feeds. I see that the fees were added to monthly data charges. Under the activation page, I do see where both appear to have been activated. However I see nothing in the transaction log nor am I able to locate any CBOE/EUREX futures symbols. I have rebooted Sierra Chart a number of times Thanks |

We see you are using TD Ameritrade. What EUREX symbols did you want to chart? For the CBOE index symbols you can find those in File >> Find Symbol >> Indexes (real-time data). Dax Index (DY) and the mini Dax (DM) are the two primary indicies. I believe the CBOE exchange also trades the VIX futures contract (VX) in addition to the spot vix. If I am mistaken, then I will deactivate this subscription. Thx |
