Unable to make a trade with CQG

Hi, when a try to enter an trade:

Trade Activity Log file read result: 1701 records inserted. 0 records filtered. | 2016-05-02 09:39:19

but It worked recently, no settings changed. Last trade I made was 2016-04-26, so last week. with the same settings, CQG, same product (YM M 2016).

Edit: When I switch from CQG fix to CQG WebAPI, I can properly fill order. And yes, Im on the latest SC, I have downloaded SC 1403

The symbol must be all uppercase:
F.US.YMM16

Most likely because in some cases the proper case was being used on some charts for the same symbol.
