I use SC platform for trading via IB. After connecting with IB TWS I got the notices: Message from IB: Requested market data is not subscribed.Error&NYBOT/FUT/Top&NYBOT/FUT/Top. IB Error Code: 354. Request ID: 2. Symbol: TF-201309-NYBOT. ; 2013-07-09 09:34:01 and Message from IB: Invalid Real-time Query:No market data permissions for NYBOT FUT. IB Error Code: 420. Request ID: 114520835. ; 2013-07-09 09:34:00. But I use the tick market data from Barchard. Please advise if I can ignore the notices or to change something in settings. Thanks Premysl |

Select Global Settings >> General Settings and enable Use Non-Chart Data from Remote Instances. You should be able to safely ignore this message, if that setting is enabled, and you are using data in the charts from another copy of Sierra Chart.
