any ETA? this is really annoying. stops moving for minutes and then a "loading historical data"... i need a reliable feed for my trading. thank you. |

So far the Open Feed connection which was previously intermittently getting lost, looks stable. We know why this was happening. It was a problem in the latest software update. We can confirm the data feed is now stable. Once again we do apologize for the issue. A lot of work went into getting this Open Feed released but there were a couple of stability issues which are now all solved. We expect the data feed to be stable from this point on.
