Hi, as mentioned in the title my problem is simply that showing a chart of the Nasdaq for this week, the data shows the 25th of April, then jumps straight to the 27th ? http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1461748880436.png Thanks |

You are running an older version of Sierra Chart. It is necessary to update. When you start Sierra Chart you will have received a notice about this problem. It relates to historical data restrictions for ICE markets which also has an effect on this symbol. Follow the instructions here to update: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate After the update follow the instructions here to download the missing data: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_HistoricalIntradayData.html#RetryDownloadDataInChart Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thank you for the prompt reply. Done all that, and then did the following, and chose 186 days to download: "Deleting All Data: To delete all the data in the chart data file and download all available data from the server, then select Edit >> Delete All Data And Download on the menu. You will want to perform this procedure if you did not get any historical when you initially opened the chart, or in the case to get data going further back than you already have. This is also the simplest method just to re-download all of the data." I still get an incomplete chart: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1461759536727.png That is all I get. |

I suppose the problem is that even though I've downloaded and installed the latest version several times already, when I go check what version I'm on I still get 1307... No idea why ? Thanks ! |

Yes that is the reason for the problem. You are running the version of Sierra Chart with Old Spreadsheets. You will need to update to the one with New Spreadsheets. We can see that you have updated.
