Intraday historical data problem

Hello SC team, I have a problem with downloading intraday historical data for any US symbols using Rithmic trading service. The entire log is attached. I can only receive real-time data. Only EUREX contracts seem to be okay. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2016-04-25 09:49:40

We have a problem with the connection we use to Rithmic for historical data and that is the reason for this. For the time being this is resolved for the CL market.
