Using Interactive brokers , below is the format specified on the sierra website to use. However this doesn't seem to work. Is there any other way to do this. Can I trade options from Sierra for IB? Can I trade futures options from IB as well. There was one section in the link we gave previously, that has just been updated. Since you are using an option symbol, this is the relevant documentation: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Slow Historical Data Downloading Also you did not tell us what the specific problem is. You just said it does not work and gave us only a tiny portion of the Message Log. So at this point we cannot even give you specific information and only general information. Was able to troubleshoot with the links provided. Seems like its a slow download. Am able to get options data now
