I've been using 2[3] installations of Sierra for a while. A# One connected to the RealTime Sierra feed B# One connected to an IB [Interactive Brokers] feed I added a Globex exchange to the Sierra feed this week. So I think I had to connect my old Sierra feed installation [A#] to the IB feed om my live IB account to allow the Globex exchange to work? But now my old IB installation [B#] can't connect to its IB feed as that connection is being used. What's the best way to go about getting my old setup back with the Globex working? |

We may have misunderstood this. But there are a couple of possible solutions. You can activate a second real-time connection, for an additional cost, to receive the CME data in another instance of Sierra Chart. This can be activated here: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=MarketDataFeedFeatures Another solution is to use the DTC Server feature to share the trading functionality and market data from one instance in other instances of Sierra Chart: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_DTCServer.php#UsingDTCServerForDataAndTradingInAnotherSCInstance Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
