TPO display problem on 4/6 and 4/7 with MXK16 contract

Hello,
On the TPO MXK16 chart display when days 4/6 and 4/7 are displayed they seems to flatten the whole chart with a crazy scale from 0 to 4600 pts.
When these two days are not displayed the historic display is normal. I don't see any extravagant quotations on this two particular days. I really don't understand the case.

I have found out 2 wrong datas on 4/6/2016 at 6:00 and 7:00 AM . I have tried to cancel them respecting all your different explained procedures regarding historical and even intra-day correcting errors but nothing changes . I have lost my work day for this problem .
Is this problem depends on me or it is just you who can solve it ?

We have not yet been able to locate any data errors on the server.

Post an image of the chart showing these errors without any studies on it. Here are instructions:

And let us know the time zone that Sierra Chart is set to. All of this is completely essential information for us.

It is also essential that we know what particular symbol this is for. Therefore, do not use to Continuous Futures Contract option. And instead open a chart for the particular symbol that has the data error.
