Hi, I tried everything and I read all the manuals how to do this. Maybe I can't load this amount of days? I want to go back till 1-1-2012 which is more or less 1570 days. At last trying to succeed I deleted all the SCID files in my DataFolder. After that I started Sierra again and downloading started. When finished I was still missing some SCID files, like Z1, H2, M2, U2, Z2 and M3. Weird.......... It is for future FESX (EUREX). Please, help me. Thanks, Michael |

We checked and made sure all of these contracts are on the server for Transact. Some were missing. But in general, if you want long-term history you need to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service Follow the instructions here to re-download the data for the missing contracts: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thanks but downloading again won't help because as you said some files were missing unfortunately. The SierraChart Historical Data Service for TickData is for the most 36 months and I want 45 months, from 1-1-2012.... I don't think this will help me..... |

The contract months that were missing have now been added. Although we checked and the earliest there is tick by tick data for the FESX contracts is 2013. There is more for other futures markets. The availability of tick by tick data is not greater with the Transact service. The main source of historical data is always the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service.
