So if you go back to an earlier version you do not see a problem? To go back to an earlier version, select Help >> Install Previous Version.

Please send us the Chartbooks you use during the day to support AT Sierra Chart.com so we can test them. These are located in the Sierra Chart Data folder. They have a CHT extension . Also please test the RAM memory on your computer. Does anyone else notice this? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I tested my RAM via "mdsched" and it seems to be ok. The problems did not appear during the weekend when I used simulated trading. It seems that the problem only appears during market hours when I receive my data streem from IQFeed. Since I did not change anything regarding the previous version, I guess it might have something to do with 959.

Hello, since the market is open it happened twice today. I created a *.DMP file via task manager before I closed the crashed SC. Does it make sense to post this DMP file ?

This sounds like it is a GDI leak. Please go to the Windows task manager. Go to the Processes tab. Add the GDI Objects column (View >> Select Columns). See if it continues to increase for the SierraChart.exe process Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
