is there anyway i could use market stats from TDAmeritrade, mtk stats dont appear to be right when i compare them with tdameritrade and tradestation. Also attaching scrren shots of tick and macd difference from tdameritrade. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2016-04-07 16:02:11

The market statistics provided by Sierra Chart are correct: Sierra Chart Market Statistics: Market Statistics Calculations Compared to Other Data Services You are also comparing a Line on Close graph to a Open High Low Close bar from the other service. This is an incomplete comparison and is misleading. With the MACD, make sure you are comparing the right Subgraph. There are 3 of them. i was able to fix MACD, thx for the help, but TICK not hitting extremes when other software's do, is a bit disappointing.

Also i see a problem with when i display studies using difference bar, if range falls out of display area, study (adv-decl) nyse, dont show up automatically specially when mkt opens in the morning. how do i fix this?

We do not see much difference with the extremes for the TICK-NYSE compared to the other chart. It is apparent what the problem is. You need to use this study and you are not: Overlay (Bar). Also i see a problem with when i display studies using difference bar, if range falls out of display area, study (adv-decl) nyse, dont show up automatically specially when mkt opens in the morning. how do i fix this?

posting TICK comparision from this morning, confirmed on tdameritrade tradestation and IB, they al have correct numbers but Sierra. this morning tick hit a high of 1400++ where as Sierra shows 200.. all other data adv/decl. is also , doesnt not match..

We will no longer comment on the TICK calculation. We have referred you to the relevant documentation. We do not agree that there is something incorrect. Actually, we will have another look at this because we are looking at IQ Feed and that data feed shows 2006 stocks trading at the open. This seems unusual but we will do some additional checking.
