Update Sierra Chart to the current version: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate Part of the problem is this: Notice: ICE Historical Data Also we do not see the complete Message Log because it looks like you have cleared it. You may have encountered the OEC Symbol Limit: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GAINCapitalOECTrader.php#SymbolLimit So unfortunate there are all of these restrictions causing all of these troubles.
