Help With Set Up CQG Datta Feed with AMP Futures

Hello, I have a trading account with AMP Futures through Global Futures as my IB. I have CQG data for the Sierra Chart Package 3 as I have chosen in the AMP Futures Client Portal. I have Sierra Charts installed on my computer from late last year. It does not appear to be configured for CQG. In the service providers under the Data/ Trade Service Settings, CQG, AMP Futures, as well as all of the other service providers, are "Not enabled on package". We have temporarily activated your Sierra Chart account. Your account has been activated and/or reset. A restart is necessary if Sierra Chart is already running. Exit the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". Open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.
