My Green Charts is continuing to shut down. The log says the time has expired. Green Charts has my credit card. Please charge the account and restore the software Immediately. This is very annoying obviously. If there is a problem with the credit card please let me know and I will get you a new one. However, I do not believe there is any problem with the credit card. Please RESPOND ASAP as I need the charts NOW> Don Armstrong |

You will have to restart Sierra Chart at least once a month due to the kind of billing which is set up on your Sierra Chart account.
