Hello. The Dax works great on my live account, but when I switch to Sim I get no price movement. How do I fix this? Thank you RC Johnsen

What exactly do you mean by switch to simulation? We see you are using Interactive Brokers and since you do not have the EUREX exchange activated on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, the EUREX data is coming from Interactive Brokers. Yes I use Interactive Brokers as my Broker. I pay for and want to use Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. When I go to Global Setting, I see in the service drop down that Interactive Brokers is selected. Could this be the problem? In the link you sent it states that you should not change this setting. Should I change this setting to SC Data- All services (data) ?

You need to stay connected to your Interactive Brokers account to receive the real-time CME data from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
