At 9:15 charts read 1111.6 and froze@ that price and the dom read 1111.8 and froze at that price

I have tried edit>delete all data and download, this brings me up to 1108.7 price but the price is still froze !!Perhaps why I'm so frustrated is the day is rotting away and my good old sierra charts are not working and I can't get any response to my post. I see others getting a response , but i'm left out to hang dry. So plse help , I know you are busy but i'm stumped !Thx
