I am trying to evaluate Stage 5 as a broker.

I have opened a demo account with them and had the chart data enabled for my account. Then have selected Gain in Data/trade service setting in SC. Went through file/ find symbol and type YMM6 (YM and ES are not listed).

The data backfilled for only two days with price /volume available and the bid/ask volumes set to 0.

Stage 5 suggested that I have to talk to SC on how the data is backfilled.

Please advise.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:

After that is done go to the chart and re-download the data with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
