Hi, could you enlighten me why my buy or sell order is getting automatically closed. Below is the trade service log error message. Interactive Brokers | Sent reqOpenOrders request | 2016-03-29 11:21:00 Trade Order Error - IB open order update. Internal Order ID: 3863. Service Order ID: 2476. Symbol: GC-201604-NYMEX | 2016-03-29 11:23:13 * Interactive Brokers | Sent reqOpenOrders request | 2016-03-29 11:23:27 Trade Order Error - IB open order update. Internal Order ID: 3866. Service Order ID: 2479. Symbol: GC-201604-NYMEX | 2016-03-29 11:23:48 * This happens when I tried to buy GC-201604-NYMEX contract. I have been able to trade this contract and only today, my orders are getting automatically cancelled by IB. |

Never mind. I just found out that trading on the contract expires today. Apparently, the symbol configuration on Sierrachart has it configured to rollover 2 days before contract month when it should be 3 days. I fixed the symbol configuration on sierrachart and rolled over the futures contract.
