dom in replay - pricing wrong

When I use the replay charts function and go back more than 30 days the dom does not show the same pricing as the charts. I have loaded sufficient days in charts and dom. I've tried to search support with no help. Any idea how to have the charts and dom display the same pricing when replaying. thanks, Ray

What is the symbol of the chart being replayed? And do you have the Continuous Futures Contract feature enabled on the chart?
