Hi Guys, Trying to view the calendar spreads for GAS OIL (REF G) but do not seem to be working. the individual months work OK but the spread doesn't. Would you be able to investigate for me? Thanks, Joe. |

We cannot immediately solve this. We have to contact Easy Screen about this. We are not sure what the problem is other than the market data requests our server is making are getting rejected for this particular futures market. We contacted Easy Screen about this, this morning. We apologize for the delay, but the problem is that this is going to get shut off anyway in the next few days because of the ICE exchange fees. We realize what the problem is now. We are not using the correct ICE Gas oil symbol. We are going to be fixing this before Monday. We did ask Easy Screen what the correct symbol is but did not hear back. This was the reason for the delay. I've not understood. How do I view for example the SepOct spread? And while I'm at it. How would I view SepOct minus OctNov? Thanks |

The previous posts in this thread are about the Easy Screen data feed which we no longer support. For ICE spreads, you need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed The first step is to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "SC Data - All Services". You do not have to pay the ICE exchange fee for delayed historical spread data. That is available even without paying the exchange fee but you do need to activate the data feed. Contact your reseller Andy about this and he will set up the data feed for you.
