Missing data on CQG

I'm using 1382. DTC service connected to CQG/FIX. One product is missing some historical data. F.US.FGBXM16 Changing the continuous contract setting does nothing. The data only goes back two weeks. My default is to use the continuous contract with volume based rollover. Thank you in advance for your help.
