Hi support (or anyone else who can help), I use a Numbers Bar study as part of my analysis for equities. The study is on a dedicated chart with a symbol link so that when I change my main chart symbol as I scan through my watchlist, this chart instance changes symbol as well and displays my Numbers Bars study for the new symbol. In order to get the numbers on the numbers bars chart to show up and provide useful information, I need to increase the tick size and price display format from 0.01 to 0.10. Otherwise the granularity is too high and the information is not useful (and the numbers disappear unless I zoom in). Setting the price display format and tick size to 0.10 works great, however when I change the symbol on the chart, the setting does not persist and it reverts back to 0.01. How can I make these changes persistent for this chart? |

You need to modify the Tick Size and Price Display Format for the symbol or symbol patterns in the Global Symbol Settings: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
