the chart and global graphics settings chart shortcuts need differentiation. in the chart shortcut menus they are showing as the same items.

im not sure whats going on here but the chart shortcut menu is displaying items in the incorrect order. also its not even displaying some things. as you can see in the image my study settings shortcut is at the bottom of my list but i want it to be in the top section as noted in the customize chart shortcut menu. also the trade menu i have highlighted in the picture doesnt even show up in the customize chart shortcut menu to move around.

This is normal. You cannot control either of those the way you want.

To customize the Trade submenu, that is done through Global Settings >> Customize Chart Trade Menu.

shouldnt they be moveable within the chart shortcuts? also why am i allowed to move the study settings shortcut to the top of the list but it doesnt move up from the bottom?

No. They are not movable. We have to see why the Study Settings is even listed in the configuration window. It should not be.

also why am i allowed to move the study settings shortcut to the top of the list but it doesnt move up from the bottom?

We cannot duplicate this. It works correctly for us, but as we said this should not even be listed to begin with. It does not do anything.

the study settings 'works' for me. as in it allows me to select a single study to edit its settings. the is very helpful and reduces a ton of clicks/windows. it just needs to be moveable in the list.

The Study Settings submenu will always be displayed on the Chart Shortcut menu but you cannot move it.

having it and the trade shortcut as moveable would make it match the other shortcuts functionality.
