Do you have a paid service that can setup my charts for me? I'm having no luck trying to do this myself. |

Not really. Generally we are only available for remote assistance for basic operational issues. Maybe we can help you by providing a Chartbook with a chart that has some simple configuration which will least get you started. What do you require? I'm looking for the following charts. The current contact of the e mini futures. Candle stick. 5 minute chart. With volume at price. And the following market internals. Advance decline line And the NYSE tick. Plus a duplicate 1 minute chart. If I could get 2 chart files one for the Pacific time zone and one for mountain that would be awesome. I have also attached a file that I would like to import into the above charts on a daily basis. In not sure if this file is compatible with Sierra chart or not. Thanks so much for the help Terry |

I can help you out with most of your requests, but be prepared to spend many hours learning the platform. First off go to the top far left part of your screen where it says ''FS'' then click the tab. You will find Emini s&p 500 or the Emini Nasdaq under ''CME equity futures'' . Open up the current months chart. Then right click on the chart and click ''chart settings'' and in the upper middle of the settings tab you will see 1-0-0. Switch it too 0-5-0 to get a 5 minute chart. Then go back to the to ''FS'' tab and under ''market stats'' you will find the tick and advance decline. Open them both up and switch them to 5 minute charts. Then right click on the Emini chart that you first opened and click ''studies''. Open the ''study/price overlay'' study twice . Once you see it in the white box to the right click on it and click the ''study to overlay'' heading, then near the bottom click on the chart you want to overlay. Then to the left change the ''chart region'' to ''2'' for your first overlay. The second overlay you do change the ''chart region'' to ''3''. As far as getting ''volume at price'' . Right click on your emni chart and click ''studies'' then scroll down till you see ''volume at price'' then simply just double click it.

To duplicate a chart you first click on the chart you want duplicated. Then to the top left click on ''chart'' Then on the right side you will see ''duplicate chart'' . Click that then a duplicated chart will show up. Then like I mentioned in the first message. Right click on the chart and click ''chart settings'' and in the middle top part of the settings switch the time frame to 0-1-0 . As far as getting different time zones on 2 different charts i don't think that's possible. At the top left of your screen you click ''file'' then near the bottom click on ''data/trade service settings'' . That is where you switch your time zone.
