Hello SC Support,

At the start of the month I decided to try the SC historical service + ICE Europe but regrettably I learnt that there is no data at all on exchange traded calendar spreads on ANY ICE Europe product (LS Gasoil and Brent calendar spreads) and I was told you do not have a resolution date yet.

Can you pls advise how I switch SC to pick up data from CTS FIX (for ICE Europe). Tha Data/Trade Service Settings under Service is set to CTS T4 FIX [trading] already.

We do apologize for this. We are doing our best. This limitation originates from Barchart.

However, we actually started data collection for ICE spread data starting this week. If that is sufficient, we can make it available starting next week.

Without doing anything you can access CTS spread charts by following the instructions here:

Let us know if this works properly for you.

If you want to disable the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed completely, then uncheck Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds and reconnect to the data feed:

I appreciate that reply. Unfortunately I do need as much back data as possible so I have switched back to the CTS feed for now

OK therefore uncheck this option:
Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds

And reconnect to the data feed:
