thx for your answers.Ok, when I do my historical charts for oil;clj6-nymex, I can get hourly , daily , charts to show historicals further back than the current month. But when I do this in the TF russel, it only shows the current month candles and no history. If I use the previous contract month and draw my support & resistance lines using the candles , then flip to current month that has no candles , even the lines don't line up. My oil chart works great with lots of history candles & lines ;but; russel is a night mare! My chart settings are 110 days to load for each .My que is how to get both to operate exactly the same way when both have all the same chart settings? Thx again. now I know why you know everthing... does your wife know !!just joking!Thx anyways. darwin |

The first thing to do is to re-download the data with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Follow the instructions on this page to use the Continuous Futures Contract Chart feature: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html When that is done, if you still see incomplete data, then follow the instructions here to re-download the data for other contract months: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
