It is possible to copy (link in real time) chart drawing from one Sierra Chart to another ? I have 2 installations on same computer (C:\SierraChart and C:\SierraChart2). One opened on first monitor and second on second monitor. When I draw line in first sierra I wan to display it on secondary SC installation.

Thank you.

Hello SC Team,
It would be very powerful for those of us with a lot of chart markups to be able to copy them to another instance.
For example, I take swing positions using one brokerage account. However, I would scalp up and down within that using another.
The problem is, I can't copy 100's of lines, rectangles and text over quickly enough.

Could we set this as a user request?

Also, is there a workaround to use a 3rd party service which would copy a specific file between the instances in continuous real-time? I have such a software, but I'm not sure if there is a file inside of the data file that could be constantly used in the master instance to overwrite the sub-instance.

Thanks!
Mike

There are definitely no plans at all to copy chart drawings between Sierra Chart instances.

We do not know about any third-party tools to do this.

Hi All,
I have ready master/slave studies, which copy drawings across Sierra instances. Do get in touch.

Why would you not implement this? This would be unbelievably convenient for those of us who use multiple screens with one instance on each
