Is there a way to quieten the sound alert on every change in symbol?

The chart and/or studies must have an alert which is evaluating to TRUE when you change the symbol. You can enable Global Settings >> Mute All Alert Sounds.

Yeah, there is a sound alert that goes off in checking if the C>$200. Even if I get rid off all the studies and start a new chart altogether, it does not go. That tells me it is a bug.

For now, I will work with Muting all sound alerts; but please see if you can address it in your future releases.

You have not convinced us there is a bug and we know there is not.

The source of the sound can be seen in Window >> Alerts Manager.

I saw the Alerts Manager and that is how I informed you that there is a sound alert that goes off where it checks -

Alert - Chart: AMZN 5 Min #1 | Formula: =C>200 is TRUE. | Last Price: 574.71 | Bar Start Time: 2016-03-14 15:40:00 | Alert: Alert 1

And in checking the chart settings and all the studies attached to it - there is no such alert grafted in it.

Even I can see that in reading "#1" - but when I go to the chart - I just do not see any formula in it or any of its studies.

Must therefore be from another Chartbook other than the active Chartbook.
