*URGENT* None of my orders got opened by IB and none of my trades got executed

Hi there,

I trade Forex with IB via automated trading program writtein in ASCIL and so far it's been working fine until today. None of my orders got executed. I checked the log, it says the following whenever a signal is fired by the trading program according to the rules:

Interactive Brokers | Requesting historical order fills for account U164*. | 2016-03-14 09:11:40
Message from IB: API client has been unsubscribed from account data. IB Error Code: 2100. Request ID: -1. | 2016-03-14 09:11:40
Interactive Brokers | Received Open orders end message. | 2016-03-14 09:11:40

So that means that the order was sent but they were never executed. And I have BOTH sc.SendOrdersToTradeService = TRUE in my codes and "Trade Simulation On" checked off. I verified the settings on IB, nothing has changed and I have enough money in the account. As a result, I have missed a whole day of trading opportunities because I didn't become aware of this problem until now. And also when I tried to run backtest replay last night, none of the orders showed up on the chart either even though I had "Show Order Fills" checked off. I don't know if this is a related problem. Please investigate and advise.

I checked the Trade Activity Log. That's the first thing that I checked. It's ALL BLANK with ABSOLUTELY nothing in it. It didn't give me any messages or anything. Everything is all zero's. None of the orders got executed. That's the problem. This is why I am contacting Support.

Never mind the problem resolved itself. Too bad I lost some really good trading opportunities before though. You can have this ticket closed.
