I'm getting a message log now. Something about Chart #1 has tagged chart #3 for full recalculation and Circular Chart Reference detected.
What do I do now?

You have two charts that depend on each other meaning there's some kind of overlay, diff, ratio, etc type study on each of the charts that is making a reference to the other chart. It's a warning to let you know that.

I haven't changed anything in the last month. The charts rolled over to June automatically, I see.
Maybe it has to do with the rollover?

Will it effect my trading? Doesn't seem to be.

Can I ignore it? The charts are working OK.

It's not going to hurt anything but you probably want to check your studies for where the circular reference is occurring.
