I think there is a problem getting Option Data between IB and SC. I am trying to use SC trading platform to trade options but the data I am getting is not helpful. Option data on IB platform is good so it should be the same on SC.I have spoken to IB on this issue on several occasions but it has not improve. They said their settings are good. We need to understand the difference. Post an image of the chart in Sierra Chart set to an option symbol by following these instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image And post an image of the same chart in Interactive Brokers and point out what the difference is.
