can someone review my trade service log?

multiple days this week my orders are being rejected by OEC/GAIN OR SIERRA

CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT - their trade desk say they are not getting these orders
AFTER I am in a trade - i can't place limits ,stops or flatten the trade- have to call trade desk
Gain has had data feed issues this week.

it says duplicate orders- could this be caused by a double clicking mouse? Dunno

PLEASE ADVISE! AM LOSING MY SHIRT HERE!!

We are checking on this. It might be due to changes OEC recently made.

This is a serious issue. We are going to try to duplicate the problem and let them know about it. This should not be happening.

We will have an answer for you towards the end of the day.

We do not see this same problem. This might be caused by having different installations of Sierra Chart and trading from more than one of them on the same day and they both have similar internal order IDs.

We are making a change in the next version which will be out either today or tomorrow which may help with this issue.
