I need to have Relative Volume values below the main graph as a text in a row instead of lines or bars. Is that possible?

Not unless you custom develop your own study that does this.

You could do something like this by using the Value of Subgraph Draw Style:

Yes, I tried this tool, however the text is "jumping" up and down according to the value.
