My charts are not having a live update occur for some reason? They are stuck only when I update manually and even then I'm about 10-15 minutes behind actual time.

What is one of the symbols that is not updating in real-time?

Any stock stock symbl such as NFLX, Amzn, CMG, etc. If when I change a symbol in the chart it updates it 20 minutes behind real time. Its lagging real time by 20 minutes. Not sure why this delay, it use to update instantly or live.

For stock symbols you need to activate the "US Equities" exchange which you currently do not have: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=MarketDataFeedFeatures Also the delay time should be 15 minutes and not 20 minutes.
