Which data feed do I need to enable to get streaming data for FTSE, DAX, nikkei, etc contracts? Thanks!

For the FTSE100 you need the LIFFE exchange. For the DAX you need the EUREX exchange. These can be activated here: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=MarketDataFeedFeatures Although the LIFFE exchange is very expensive.
