I am using New Spreadsheets. I have delayed updating my version because the last time I did my Alert Spreadsheets changed columns and functioned incorrectly. I was on 1329 and just upgraded to the current 1376. Again, the spreadsheets are reading incorrectly. I thought one of the advantages of the New Spreadsheets was that even if you changed Studies order they software would adapt to the changes. I have not changed any order in the studies. I need to understand the problem so that I can prevent it in the future. Needing to rewrite the Spreadsheet Alerts after an upgrade is not acceptable. Thanks

We cannot say what the specific problem is because we do not know the formulas and how they should work and if they are returning an error or what. You need to analyze the problem and determine what it is. When you do, let us know so we can comment on it. If the problem is related to referencing incorrect study Subgraph columns, make sure that all of the formulas use the Cell referencing method documented here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_Spreadsheets.html#ReferencesStudySubgraphColumnsSpreadsheetStudy So long as this is how all of the formulas are referencing study Subgraphs, there should not be a problem. The problem is in using the old cell referencing method. I am updating the formulas to the new method. What does the red in the upper right corner of the Buy/Sell Entry column mean? My Syntax is correct and the signals appear correct on the chart. Thanks

It does not help to use just New Spreadsheets, it is required to use the method documented here to reference study Subgraphs: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_Spreadsheets.html#ReferencesStudySubgraphColumnsSpreadsheetStudy The red marker at the top right of a cell indicates it contains a formula.
