Charts appear to have started linking but I didn't change settings

In the attached chartbook, it appears that the ES charts have just started linking. When I move the mouse scroll across one all the others on a lower time scale scroll too. I don't know if that is what is called linking because I haven't used it before, however if I look at the Chart Linking settings nothing is set so I don't know what is causing this unwanted behaviour.

Uncheck Tools >> Synchronize Charts.

Otherwise, this would be caused by the Chart Linking settings, but we do not see chart linking enabled on your charts.
