Good morning,

Seems I am getting some bad data on the last bar of my intraday charts--I
have del and downloaded but it happens again.

Here is an example: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1457020418524.png

Ameritrade is the source.

Have a nice day,

Cy

It looks correct for us:

So it becomes correct after re-downloading the data that is not correct?

----this is a chart that is linked
to a ticker list----in other words not building bars

We think we have seen a problem like this with TD Ameritrade before but we cannot duplicate the problem.

Did this just start to occur today for no apparent reason? So we assume there was not a problem previously?

We do not think it is related to the new version because we do not observe the problem.

Consider using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:

I will try that at some point as I want to use some of the indicators that
require the feed.

The biggest problem I have with it is the 100 ticker limit

The 100 symbol limit is for real-time data only. And that can be increased up to 500.

To re-download data for multiple symbols, refer to:

Hi,

regarding the re-download---that is the way I was doing it but I just noticed that it only effects
the data if it is in an open chart---and it only goes back one day.

is there a way to just flush the entire system of intraday data?

the problem seems to be fixed---I think it was the result of me changing the chart time in the
settings.

have a great weekend

This is something that you control yourself by where you start the Delete and Download Data operation from.

This is unrelated to the issue.

To delete all the Intraday data files, refer to:
