Hi Support

I have just activated the Real Time Data Connections and exchanges CME and ICE Europe to my account. I was previously using the data from my trading front end CTS T4 with SC and have decided to return to your feed as it is more stable. Anyway I have followed the setup instructions but I cannot see ICE data. There is an [M] after the CME symbols on the chart but not after the ICE symbol for which there is no data. The Data/Trade Service Settings "Service" remains set to my trading front end CTS T4 FIX [trading] as per instructions. Please advise. Thanks

The message log provided is too long for us to work with.

It is going to be best to tell us what particular ICE symbols you are working with and we will make sure mapping a set up for them. They may not be currently set up.

Just give us the complete CTS T4 ICE symbols you are using and we will set these up for CTS T4 or see what the issue is.

I have followed your instructions and I still see no data but the [M] sign now appears after the name of the contract. Please see chart below which shows incomplete data.

We apologize for this. There are two Gas Oil contracts on the ICE and set the mapping up for the wrong one.

Go to both the Historical and Intraday charts for G.######00.ICE_IC and re-download the data with Edit >Delete All Data and Download.

Let us know if it is correct.

Thanks but it appears there is no difference to the chart. I have repeated the steps as instructed but there is no data in the LS Gasoil chart

CME data is all fine FYI, just ICE Europe specifically LS Gasoil. However I have just tried to open another ICE EUROPE contract (Brent) and that data is incomplete too and intraday data seems to stop on Feb 28th as shown in chart below

I pressed Delete All Data And Download for the Gasoil no data is being downloaded it has been blank for some time

There are various Gas Oil contracts listed by both Barchart and CTS all with similar names. We think we have the mapping now correct.

We also forgot to tell you to update the Symbol Settings. Follow these instructions here:

After updating the Symbol Settings re-download the data in the charts again.

ICE changed the rollover rules for Brent Crude oil. Refer to their website for more information.

Unfortunately there is no change. I have tried opening a new chart and deleting and downloading and I have tried deleting and downloading an existing gasoil chart. When I switch the chart from a historical to an intraday there is no data at all on the chart. When I open an intraday chart there is no data. I have followed your instructions as directed but I still have no data for the gasoil.

I have followed this step again and still no dice. Idf you could please take a look I would really appreciate as I have done all you asked but am getting nowhere but that doesn't discount that I may have missed something but I doubt it. Thanks. Just let me know what I need to do
