Going live trading

Hello,

I've completed my demo data feed work with Rithmic and now I'm trying to go live.

I'm able to log in and data is working fine it finds my live accts etc..

Now when I try to place an order I get a error message that says RMS limits are not set and placing an order for one ES contract is over my risk limits.

My FCM tells me everything is set on their end with correct instruments and risk limits, yet I still get this message.

Just want to check to be sure there isn't anything within Sierra charts that needs to be set to enable
live trading and risk limits?

This is strictly an issue with your Rithmic account. This issue is completely separate from Sierra Chart.
