We are using the UseTool function to draw text from a study. However other user drawn objects such as lines are placed on top of the text from the study. Is there a way to set the text so it displays on top of the lines?

There is no way currently to do this. But we will see about adding an option to draw chart drawings from Advanced Custom Studies above user drawn drawings.
