When I am using COLOR BAR BASED ON ALERT CONDITION,I put the Alert formula in and when I go back to hit APPLY, the Alert information is erased. How can I stop the alert formula from being erased? |

Do you mean it is being erased from the Alerts >> Alert Condition box ? That does not make sense. There must be something not right with the procedure you are following. After entering the Alert Formula in the Alert Condition box, simply press OK and OK again to close the Chart Studies window. It must be saved. Possibly you are applying studies to the chart through a Study Collection? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. thank you for the response. It turns out that my "Chart Settings" window shows the "Apply" button. when I go to the subgraphs for the Settings Window, specifically, the "Settings & Inputs" window, the "Subgraphs" Window and the "Alerts" window, the windows are so large that they don't show the buttons below. I can't seem to make the Windows smaller so I have the action buttons. How do I get these Windows to a smaller size so the windows show? |

OK we see. The size of the Study Settings window cannot be changed. You need to use a higher resolution screen. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
